On the morning of September 6, the rolling off ceremony of the 3,000th Sinotruk heavy truck in the Uzbekistan joint venture plant was held in Samarkand, Uzbekistan. Mr. Lin, Secretary of the Shandong Provincial Party Committee and Director of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Congress, Mr. Zhang, Standing Committee member and Secretary-General of the Shandong Provincial Party Committee and other leaders of the delegation of Shandong Province, Samarkand Governor Turdimov attended the ceremony.
After the ceremony, Secretary Mr. Lin led a delegation from Shandong Province, accompanied by Governor Turdimov, to inspect the production site of the joint venture factory.
On the afternoon of September 6, Sinotruk and Uzbek Automobile Company held a signing ceremony in Tashkent, the capital of Uzbekistan, to officially launch the localization project of new energy buses. Prior to the signing, Secretary Lin met with First Deputy Prime Minister Kuchkalov of Uzbekistan.
Under the witness of Mr. Lin, Secretary of the Shandong Provincial Party Committee and Director of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Congress; Mr. Zhang, Standing Committee Member and Secretary-General of the Shandong Provincial Party Committee; Mr.Tan, Chairman and General Manager of Shandong Heavy Industry Group; Mr. Tan , Chairman of SinotruK Group; Kuchkrov, First Deputy Prime Minister of Uzbekistan; and Rokikov, Chairman of the Board of Directors of UZ-AUTO Company, Mr. Liu, deputy general manager of SinotruK Group, signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Mr. Muhamudjanov, general manager of the joint venture company.
